Flixmedia is seeking an ambitious and strategic Client Relationship Manager to join our team in London.

The Opportunity

As a Client Relationship Manager, you won't just manage accounts—you'll own the strategic vision and growth for your portfolio. You'll become the subject matter expert on your clients' businesses and Flixmedia's innovative product suite, bridging the gap between client challenge and proven solution.

 

This is a dynamic, commercial role where you will:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed individual targets by actively creating, identifying, and converting high-value sales opportunities within your client base.
  • Be a Strategic Advisor: Develop deep, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and budget holders, acting as a trusted advisor to help them unlock insights from rich data sets and see the value of additional services.
  • Ensure Client Success: Protect and drive the retention of existing clients by engaging daily to surprise and delight, lead campaign performance reviews, and ensure they are up-to-date on progress and optimisations.
  • Lead the Conversation: Prepare and lead high-level, regular face-to-face meetings between clients and Flixmedia Executives.
  • Own the Pipeline: Take full ownership of your sales pipeline, maintaining accuracy and insight within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate Globally: Effectively manage key internal relationships across different teams and jurisdictions to drive your client's priorities forward.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a highly proactive, commercially astute professional with:

  • Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrable experience in a sales or account management role, consistently exceeding individual revenue targets.
  • Full-Cycle Experience: Expertise in building demand, generating opportunities, negotiating, and closing to meet individual sales goals.
  • Client Management Excellence: Experience seamlessly managing requests and expectations across a range of enterprise-level clients simultaneously, with a "Client First" approach.
  • Executive Presence: Confident sales presenter with the ability to take the lead and run engaging Executive-level meetings.
  • Data Literacy: An understanding of and ability to articulate the value of data in a visual and engaging way.
  • Sector Knowledge: An understanding of and passion for the digital marketing and eCommerce space.
  • Core Attributes: Highly self-motivated, organized, a self-starter with a curious mind, and able to work autonomously while remaining a strong team player.
  • Communication: Fluent in written and oral English. (Additional languages are a significant advantage).
