Retail Acquisition Manager - Beauty

As a Retail Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving that growth - owning strategy, outreach, and onboarding of new Tier 1 Beauty retail partners. This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone commercially savvy, technically aware, and obsessed with building strategic retail partnerships that stick.
Identify and prospect high-value Beauty retailers across global markets in line with category and brand goals
Build and manage a clear acquisition pipeline, keeping Salesforce up to date with statuses, next steps, and integration types
Develop a targeted outreach strategy in partnership with the Head of Retail Acquisition
Own onboarding - ensuring new retailer integrations are technically sound and scalable via our automated tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Relationship Manager's, Operations, and Tech/Engineering teams to drive seamless go-live and ongoing programme growth
Contribute to product innovation by feeding retailer insight back into our development roadmap
Support retailer retention efforts where needed to ensure continuity and relationship strength
Proven experience in Beauty retail partnerships, sales, or commercial acquisition - bonus points coming from tech, ecommerce, or media.
A strong grasp of global retail dynamics, in Beauty. Buying & merchandising also very much of interest
Confident in pipeline management and comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Adept at building rapport with senior stakeholders - you know how to pitch and close
Comfort with technical onboarding tools and JS code-based integrations (you don’t need to code, but you need to “get it”)
High-energy, self-motivated, and driven to hit ambitious KPIs and celebrate the wins
New Tier 1 & category retailers onboarded across key regions
High rate of successful integrations and programme launches
Consistent face-to-face pitch activity across territories
Proactive expansion of retailer services and product adoption
