We are looking for an exceptional Head of Retail Acquisition to lead global growth by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing vital retail partnerships while empowering a high-performing team.
Your Role
- Global Expansion: Identify and engage target retailers across key categories, aligning with Flixmedia’s commercial strategy.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Retail Acquisition Managers, setting ambitious targets and supporting their success.
- Strategic Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline with clear statuses and next steps.
- Seamless Onboarding: Partner with the Operations Assistant to optimise automated tools for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Programme Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to maximise integration success and promote additional services to key retailers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive alignment across internal stakeholders, including Client Relationship Managers, to ensure strategic growth.
- Progress Reporting: Deliver regular updates and insights to the wider business and leadership teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge & Expertise: Deep understanding of the beauty category and global retail landscape, with experience in digital retail or brand environments.
- Strategic & Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically, execute brilliantly, and foster collaboration across teams.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with onboarding tools.
- Education & Language: Degree or equivalent experience; fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
