Client Relationship Manager 

 

Are you a Client Relationship Manager; customer centric with a strong sales background and commercial acumen?

 

You take pride in hands-on client engagement whilst still driving sales revenue growth, through data lead insights and proving return on investment.

Permanent, full time

Salary: Competitive Basic salary + OTE

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week 

Location: Farringdon, London EC1 (Hybrid)

 

As a Client Relationship Manager at Flixmedia, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strengthening client relationships. This position requires expertise in client businesses, eCommerce, and collaboration across teams and regions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Identify and convert sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Demonstrate the value of Flixmedia's services to clients.
  • Client Retention: Enhance client retention by unlocking insights from data.
  • Service Adoption: Drive adoption of additional services from Flixmedia.
  • Day-to-Day Engagement: Keep clients informed on campaign progress.
  • Strategic Relationships: Build key relationships within assigned brands.
  • High-Level Meetings: Lead face-to-face meetings between clients and executives.
  • Trusted Advisor: Manage internal relationships to prioritise client needs.
  • Sales Pipeline Ownership: Maintain and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

Required Skills:

  • Exceeding revenue targets in sales or account management.
  • Generating demand, negotiating, and closing sales.
  • Commercial acumen and decision-making skills.
  • Managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Presenting and leading Executive-level meetings.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and organised.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding and articulating data value.
  • Experience in global enterprise organisations.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
